This is a group intended for those going through the MAP (Missionary Action Plan) process with River Valley. The intent is to spend time with one another and to help encourage one another with what God is revealing to us through the MAP. We plan to meet monthly to discuss any updates and to share what God is teaching us through this journey.

Our small group will meet twice a month. Once to serve our city on Friday evenings with ICCM Life Center on Street Team. The second meeting will be to gather on a Saturday morning for coffee, breakfast, and reading the word together & praying for our city, a missionary in the field abroad, and the people we meet on street team. God called me to start taking notes of the people I met on street team and praying for them regularly. If you are wanting to pray for others and/or share the good news of Jesus. I encourage you to pray about if this group is right for you!

God desires that we overcome being ruled by our thoughts and feelings, which are highly influenced by our circumstances — family, work, health, or temptation. 2 Peter 1:3–4 tells us that we can actually do this! It comes from learning to respond to God's promises in His Word and through prayer. This is the purpose of The Promise Principle Men's Small Groups. Whether you’re still exploring faith in Christ, or you have been a Christian for many years, you’ll experience what we believe Jesus meant when He called His disciples to change the world by discovering and responding to His promises, truths, and commands.

You may hear us say the phrase “Our Heart is Global” often throughout your time at River Valley, but what does it really mean? In Explore, we walk through the great commission that Jesus gave to his followers before He left this earth. Our mandate is to make disciples from every part of the world. Each and every one of us has a part to play in that, whether it is to pray, to mobilize others, to send or to go! This group is for everyone to discover how God wants to use them to accomplish His great commission. Our group will meet weekly for 8 weeks on Wednesdays July 17 thru September 4, 6:30-7:30pm. Location TBD (may vary from at the campus to an outside location).

There is nothing more exciting than living a Spirit-filled, empowered life! This group will instruct, encourage, and inspire you to walk in all that Jesus has made available to you through the infilling of the Holy Spirit and the gifts that He imparts. You will also learn in detail about each of the nine gifts of the Spirit and how they are used throughout the Bible as well as in our own lives. Finally, you will have the opportunity to deepen your relationship with the Lord through the lessons on prayer and intercession. Our group will meet weekly at our campus on Wednesdays September 11 thru Novemger 6, 6:30-8pm. Doors open and check-in will be available beginning at 6pm.

This group is open to any single woman - young or old - who desires to be a part of a community of other single women as they journey together to gain a greater understanding of God's word and grow in their relationship with Jesus. Group members are encouraged to utilize the SOAP method in their daily reading of scripture throughout the week and share during the weekly group session (if desired) how they might be seeing, or have seen, God working in their life. In addition to discussion, weekly group sessions will also include video and other supplemental teachings to gain greater insight into God's word and its applicability in one's life today. New group members can join anytime. And if your relationship status is: "It's complicated," feel free to join us.
