Prayer is hard. Harder than it seems it should be. We are busy, distracted, and unsure if our time spent in prayer is amounting to anything. We want to have a vibrant, passionate prayer life, but instead, we may have one that is cold and apathetic. What is the cure for this? It is a true, biblical understanding of prayer. Our group meets every other Thursday evening starting January 18th.

In Explore, we walk through the great commission that Jesus gave to his followers before He left this earth. Our mandate is to make disciples from every part of the world. Each and every one of us has a part to play in that, whether it is to pray, to mobilize others, to send, or to go! This group is for everyone to discover how God wants to use them to accomplish His great commission. Childcare will be provided on a limited basis. This is a 8-week group that will meet by the fireside beginning on Tuesday, September 24, and will end on Tuesday, November 12.

We cover books in the Bible related to aspects of a man’s life such as his purpose, roles, relationships, lifestyle, gifts, workplace, money, sex, communications and more! We will learn how to read, study, and apply the Bible so we learn Truth, walk by The Spirit and hear God's voice for ourselves. It will also be a time of prayer, laughter, and fellowship with every few months engaging in a special activity (e.g., have a meal, go to a game, etc.) as well as serve our church and city.
