Let's journey together! Join me for a sharpening book study that will prepare us to share the Good News of Jesus Christ, whether that is across the street or the oceans. The Insanity of Obedience is a bold challenge to global discipleship. Nik Ripken exposes the danger of safe Christianity and calls readers to something greater. The Insanity of Obedience challenges Christians in the same, provocative way that Jesus did. We will meet every other Sunday at the campus at 1pm.

Acts provides Luke's eyewitness account of that flame and fire...the birth and growth of the church. Empowered by the Holy Spirit, a small but courageous band of disciples preached, taught, healed and loved wherever God sent them. Join us for this in depth study of a movement that has changed lives and history. We are a inter-generational Small Group of both couples and singles. We start each week with a simple pot luck meal and fellowship at 6:00. The study begins promptly at 6:30.

M.o.M is a small group designed for mothers to come and do life together. We will meet in our homes year round, every other week, taking time off for summer break and winter holidays & each season will bring a new topic or study to work through. Kids are welcome to play while the mom's meet. Our hope is that this is a place to spend time with new and old friends - focusing on authenticity, deep connection, and spiritual growth. During the spring season, we will work through the study "Find Your People" by Jennie Allen, a 7 week series featured on RightNow Media. There is a study guide available on Amazon that is encouraged, but not required. This study is focused on building community - God designed His people to do life together, but we live in a dissociated world that caters to loneliness. Our hope is that this study will break down any walls & provide a community-driven atmosphere for M.o.M moving forward. We can't wait to see you! Welcome Home is your first step at River Valley Church. You were created for a purpose, and we want to help you discover that purpose! You will build community, understand how God made you and dive deeper into your walk with Jesus. We can’t wait to meet you! This is a 4-week small group. Once Welcome Home is complete, we encourage you to find another small group where you can continue growing in your faith as you build friendships. We will meet for 4 weeks on Sundays from 11am-noon at the campus. (May 5, 12, 19, 26). If you are have children, they are welcome to go to Kids during group! You can also attend the 9:30am service and then stay for group!

Crosstown Women’s Summer Small Group: Memorize & Multiply

GROUP IS NOW FULL: email anghq13@hotmail.com to join the waitlist. Memorize & Multiply Summer Small Group will provide accountability and encouragement to memorize six beloved Bible passages. A study guide from the Daily Grace Co. will be provided that walks you through memorizing one verse at a time while providing background, context and word studies. The goal is not a head knowledge of Scripture that you can recite on demand; the goal is to know God more and dwell on who He is by seeking to know and understand His Word better. As part of the group, you will also be held accountable to multiply the memorization by having six different people in your life memorize one passage of scripture with you. You will pick the people (could be your husband, kids, friends, family, co-worker, neighbor) and keep them accountable to memorize by the date listed below. We will meet every other Tuesday night from 6:30-8:30 pm where we will report back on how it went, discuss the verses we memorized, share prayer requests, pray and sip bubbly's on the deck.
