Grace in Chaos | Biblical Hope for the Hard Days of Motherhood Small Group

For many women, motherhood feels like simultaneously the greatest responsibility in the world and the most difficult one. Thankfully, we do not walk alone! God is with us in our motherhood—gently strengthening, helping, and restoring us. He is tender and compassionate with us on our hard days of mothering, our very present help in every season. In this 6 week study guide through The Daily Grace Co, we will: - Be reminded of the nearness of Jesus, even on hard days - Be strengthened with a biblical, gospel centered vision of motherhood - Be equipped with God’s word for the days we experience difficult emotions - Be encouraged with the truth that God sees us & sustains us in every season of motherhood Each week contains five days of study material, including daily study questions, and weekly reflection questions. We will meet from 6:30 PM - 8 PM every other Wednesday of the month (June - August) and discuss the week’s reflection & study questions along with time for prayer requests & fellowship. Uncertainty had thrown the future of the people of Thessalonica into question and their hope into doubt. Fear and anxiety hovered at the edges of the fledgling community. Paul wrote to restore their confidence! When fear, anxiety, or doubt threatens to set your faith adrift, 2 Thessalonians will help to anchor your hope and steady your resolve. Join us this summer for a 6 week Bible study in the book of 2 Thessalonians. We are planning to meet at Donita‘s home, in the backyard as weather permits, from 9: 30–11:30 followed by a fun time playing pickle ball for anyone interested! No experience required! Crosstown Women’s Summer Small Group: Memorize & Multiply

GROUP IS NOW FULL: email anghq13@hotmail.com to join the waitlist. Memorize & Multiply Summer Small Group will provide accountability and encouragement to memorize six beloved Bible passages. A study guide from the Daily Grace Co. will be provided that walks you through memorizing one verse at a time while providing background, context and word studies. The goal is not a head knowledge of Scripture that you can recite on demand; the goal is to know God more and dwell on who He is by seeking to know and understand His Word better. As part of the group, you will also be held accountable to multiply the memorization by having six different people in your life memorize one passage of scripture with you. You will pick the people (could be your husband, kids, friends, family, co-worker, neighbor) and keep them accountable to memorize by the date listed below. We will meet every other Tuesday night from 6:30-8:30 pm where we will report back on how it went, discuss the verses we memorized, share prayer requests, pray and sip bubbly's on the deck. M.o.M is a small group designed for mothers to come and do life together. We will meet in our homes year round, every other week, taking time off for summer break and winter holidays & each season will bring a new topic or study to work through. Kids are welcome to play while the mom's meet. Our hope is that this is a place to spend time with new and old friends - focusing on authenticity, deep connection, and spiritual growth. During the spring season, we will work through the study "Find Your People" by Jennie Allen, a 7 week series featured on RightNow Media. There is a study guide available on Amazon that is encouraged, but not required. This study is focused on building community - God designed His people to do life together, but we live in a dissociated world that caters to loneliness. Our hope is that this study will break down any walls & provide a community-driven atmosphere for M.o.M moving forward. We can't wait to see you! Link to purchase study guide:
