Welcome Home is your first step at River Valley Church. You were created for a purpose and we want to help you discover that purpose! You will build community, understand how God made you and dive deeper into your walk with Jesus. We can’t wait to meet you! We will meet for 4 weeks during the 9:00am service, on Sundays at the Apple Valley Campus, June 4, 11, 18 & 25. Children, ages 6 weeks - 5th grade are welcome to check into Go Kids! Once Welcome Home is complete, we encourage you to find another small group where you can continue growing in your faith as you build friendships.

Ephesians 3:12 says, "In Christ we come before God with freedom and without fear. We can do this because of our faith in Christ." Join us this semester as we look at what the Bible says it means to live in freedom as we study the book of Ephesians. Sisterhood is a group where women can find fulfillment and belonging at River Valley Church. This group will start on Monday, September 25, and will end Monday, November 27. You can join this group no matter what age or stage of life you’re in. You also can come at any time! You are always welcome at Sisterhood, no matter when you decide to come. Let this be a safe place for you to grow in your relationship with God and build healthy relationships with other women. We can't wait to welcome you! Freedom is a Core Group that equips you to live a victorious faith. Sometimes, we are simply unaware of the lies we believe and the wrong patterns of thinking that keep us stuck. In this group, you will discover how to move forward to greater freedom in your life, faith, and future by taking a deeper look at your identity in Christ. Freedom will meet every Monday starting September 18th and ending November 13th. Childcare is provided, and you can check your children in at 6:15pm. Freedom will begin at 6:30pm and will end at 8:00pm.

Explore | Shakopee Fall 2023

Explore is a Core Group designed to inspire and enlarge your global heart as we study the biblical basis of missions and hear from some of our great missionaries. At River Valley, our heart is global because God’s heart is global. That’s why we believe that every follower of Jesus Christ should explore and know their role within God’s Great Commission. Light snacks and refreshments will be provided each week. For this season, free childcare will be offered with limited capacities on a first come, first serve basis.
