There is nothing more exciting than living a Spirit-filled, empowered life! This group will instruct, encourage, and inspire you to walk in all that Jesus has made available to you through the infilling of the Holy Spirit and the gifts that He imparts. You will also learn in detail about each of the nine gifts of the Spirit and how they are used throughout the Bible as well as in our own lives. Finally, you will have the opportunity to deepen your relationship with the Lord through the lessons on prayer and intercession. Our group will meet weekly at our campus on Wednesdays September 11 through November 6, 6:30-8pm. Doors open and check-in will be available beginning at 6pm. Empower will meet on the fourth floor of City Campus.

These gifts are vital and need to be used in order to be effective witnesses for Him. In this study you will learn about the unseen world, which is called the Spirit realm. Even though we don't see it with our physical eyes, we interact with it on a daily basis. You will also learn in detail about each of the nine gifts of the Spirit how they are used throughout the Old and New Testament by ordinary people. Finally, you will have the opportunity to deepen your relationship with the Lord through the lessons on prayer and intercession. Please note*** It is strongly recommended that you attend the Alpha and Freedom courses before attending Empower. ALPHA IS A PREREQUISITE TO THIS GROUP.

The book "Starved," by Amy Seiffert invites you to explore what in our lives is starving us from having a fulfilling spiritual faith. In this six-week study, we will learn what it means to leave behind sluggish spirituality by offering healthy alternatives such as: putting down the phone and finding real connection, letting go of anxiety and fear to discover peace, and setting aside exhaustion so we can rest and be renewed, and more. This is a women's fellowship group meeting for six weeks in Apple Valley on Thursdays from 6 pm - 730 pm. There is a six-week study guide we will be following with daily reflections throughout the week to engage in on your own. The study guide is available for $10 at Amazon.com and follows Amy Seiffert's book, Starved.
