Embrace Legacy | A Support Group for Single Young Men Going through an Unexpected Pregnancy

Apple Valley

Embrace Legacy is a 12-week Christ-centered, support group and educational ministry specifically geared towards supporting young, single dads who are going through an unexpected pregnancy and is aimed at 15-35 year old men. It’s estimated that 60% of abortions could be prevented if the dad chose to stay and support the mother and child, whether or not they live in the same household. Embrace Legacy fills this need with a ministry that provides support for dads through education, building hope, establishing confidence in fatherhood, and small group support. The manliest thing you can do is fight to be the father you always wanted, or hoped to be… But you don’t have to fight alone!

Woman of God-Perfect Love Study

We will be gathering together for a 6 session study to learn how we can pursue a more intimate relationship with Christ. We can easily have deep relationships with others on this earth but find that there is this hole in our hearts for that Perfect Love of Christ. This study by Lisa Harper will walk us through the Song of Solomon to answer questions that we may have about what it really means to have that perfect love of Christ. Lisa takes a very Christ-centered approach to illustrate for us how our relationship with Jesus today can relate to the Song of Solomon. We will get to see real-life stories of women that have embraced God's perfect love and be able to see through their stories and God's love that we are worthy through His eyes.
