Alpha is a Core Group at River Valley. Alpha is a series of sessions over 11 weeks that explores the Christian faith (Tuesdays, Sept 12-Nov 21). It answers questions like: Who is Jesus?, How do I read the Bible?, and Does God heal today? The format is simple: We share a meal around a table, listen to a talk on the week’s topic, and then have discussion together to learn more. For this season, free childcare will be offered with limited capacities on a first come, first serve basis. Registration will be required for each child individually which will secure a spot in childcare for the whole Alpha session. It comes from learning to respond to God's promises in His Word and through prayer. This is the purpose of The Promise Principle Men's Lifegroups. Sisterhood is a group where women can find fulfillment and belonging at River Valley Church. This season we are going to explore different characteristics that make a healthy community! This group will start on January 24th and end on March 28th. We will have coffee, tea and snacks from 6pm to build community! You can join this group no matter what age or stage of life you’re in. You also can come at any time! You are always welcome at Sisterhood no matter when you decide to come. Let this be a safe place for you to grow in your relationship with God and build healthy relationships with other women. We can't wait to welcome you!

Alpha | CITY Winter 2023

Alpha is a Core Group that unpacks what River Valley believes. It answers questions like: Who is Jesus?, How do I read the Bible?, and Does God heal today? Each week we will begin our time together with a meal, followed teaching and discussion. Our group will meet weekly at our campus on Mondays January 23 thru March 20, 6:30pm-8pm. Dinner will be available in the lobby starting at 6pm. Please take your dinner to the maid auditorium, which is where your group will meet. We will conclude our time together by serving together on Monday March 27 7pm in Coon Rapids (ages 5+ are welcome to attend)

Serve Our Community | Union Gospel Mission | Woodbury

Woodbury

Join us as we serve meals with The Union Gospel Mission on the first and third Sundays of each month from 5:00pm-7:00pm! You can park anywhere in our lot, even in spots designated as staff only. You can enter through the Bethel Hotel entrance and our front desk staff will direct you to our kitchen area. Once you arrive in the kitchen, our kitchen staff will give instructions on how to serve the meal. We will provide everything you need, and our kitchen staff will be present the entire time to help and support you.
