Lakeville is a portable campus. That means that everything people see and interact with during a service needs to be set up beforehand and put away afterward, every time we meet. The Tear Down Team facilitates ministry by ensuring that all the vital elements for each ministry area are taken down and returned to the storage area in an organized system.

The Cafe Team prepares the cafe, brews the coffee, sets out the bakery items and performs minor cleaning during their service time and after the last service.
The social media team serves to promote the story of our local River Valley campus through Facebook and Instagram. Through talented photographers, videographers, writers and storytellers, we elevate the values, opportunities and events of our church across our community. In addition, we engage our church and online community through meaningful conversations and connections.
The Host Team is responsible for connecting with people at River Valley. Hosts actively seek out those who are new to our church as well as those who seem disengaged and go above and beyond to help people feel seen and included.
The Production Team consists controls the media, lighting and sound during services. Members queue the media content on the screens, manage audio and set the lighting during worship and the message.
