A honest open discussion arena for young adults who struggle to engage with the Scriptures in a meaningful, applicable way. How do I apply a text that was written by many people several thousand years ago in a very different culture to my life in 21st America? How do I know I can trust the Bible? What IS the point of the Bible? Where can I honestly wrestle with these--and other questions I have about the Scriptures?
A spirit-led prayer class. Learn to hear and obey God's voice, experience His presence, intercede for what is on His heart, decree His work, and yield to the Holy Spirit as we partner with Him in prayer. Intercessory Prayer will happen on campus (14898 Energy Way, Apple Valley) at 630pm in the Family Auditorium. Childcare is not provided
Serving opportunities will be shared with this group and participants can participate as it works with their schedule and/or interest. No set meeting times or commitments. Emails will be sent out as opportunities become available. Let's radically serve and love our community so that more people will come to know Jesus.

This is a co-ed group for young adults / young professionals. We will be going through a video series titled Love in Chaos led by Bob Goff. Meetings will occur every other Thursday from 6:30 to ~ 8:15pm starting Sept 14 (contact me for details and all meeting dates). In this series we will discuss that even though we live in a divided chaotic world, God calls us to love one another. We will examine how the Bible teaches us to love even when it’s difficult. Throughout the series, we will examine ourselves and find ways to apply the teachings to our lives while holding each other accountable.I would love for you to be part of this group and join in growing closer to Jesus while making meaningful connections with others at River Valley. Excited to meet you! My contact info: 952-829-5720 or email@example.com
