This team has the opportunity to partner with Children's Cup to care for kids at the care points as well as put on Christmas parties for 100's of kids.

==PASSPORT==
For Global Team registration to be approved, passport verification is required. This entails a color copy of your passport or verification of an ordered passport. Your passport verification can be emailed to rachel.schumacher@rivervalley.org. or dropped off at our Central Ministries Office, Attn: Rachel Schumacher (12345 Portland Ave, Burnsville, MN). Passports must not expire within 7 months of return date and must include 3 blank visa pages, not amendment pages.
==REGISTRATION==
Opens at 12noon on Monday, May 1 and closes Monday, May 22; Registration for the team is on a first come, first served basis; To reserve your spot, please submit the online application, deposit and a copy of your valid passport
==COST==
Trip Cost Total: $3,795 (ESTIMATED COST UNTIL AIRFARE IS PURCHASED)
Deposit: $200, due no later than May 22, with online application and copy of a valid passport copy.
Total Amount Due: $1,500, due by Monday, July 10
Total Amount Due: $2,800, due by Monday, August 21
Total Amount Due: $3,795, due by Monday, October 16
INCLUDED IN COST: Airfare, food, lodging, transportation, Global Team swag gear, international insurance and a donation to the Missionary Host.

==AGE RESTRICTIONS==
Fifteen and younger are required to travel with at least one parent, and with proper paperwork, a travel adult accepting temporary guardianship, and approval from the team leader. Sixteen & seventeen year of age are able to travel without a parent(s), just a guardian; with proper documentation.
==HEALTH==
Currently, no proof of vaccine is required. Consult your personal physician for recommendations. Visit a travel clinic or check out cdc.gov.
==INSURANCE==
Your trip cost covers the expense of purchasing international travel insurance. It is unlikely that insurance would not cover something in a situation. Coverage includes giving each person up to $2,000 coverage if a travel delay, which includes COVID situations in the country. For those that would like a bit more detail, please email us for more information.
==REFUNDS==
If you are unable to travel due to a positive COVID test or other medically related issues, we will do our very best to try and refund or credit you as much as possible but please note, that any expenses that have been pre-paid, pre-spent or are non-recoverable to us will not be able to be refunded or credited back to you.
==GLOBAL TEAMS==
Global Teams are designed to help meet the physical and spiritual needs of a specific community. We believe that command of Christ to go into all the world has not changed but we are certainly aware and respect the many challenges that exist locally and globally. We will absolutely do our best to take all the necessary precautions and work with our missionary hosts to adjust to the local guidelines but where there are needs and requests from our missionary partners and hosts, we want to provide an opportunity for those who are willing and able to go and help meet the needs.
