REGISTRATION CLOSED | This team will be traveling to the Middle East where some of our River Valley 500 are currently serving. Opportunities may include sharing the Gospel with those that have never heard it as well as encouraging and supporting our missionaries. The team is designed for adults and young adults at least 18 years of age. Max team size is 10.

REGISTRATION: Opens at 12 noon on Monday, June 6 and closes Monday, July 4 at 11:59 pm. First come, first served.
**A valid passport is required at the time of registration, due to the condensed timeframe for this trip

REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS: Submit the online application, deposit, and colored copy of your valid passport

TRIP COST: $3,750 (estimated cost until airfare is purchased)

DEPOSIT: $200, due no later than July 4, with online application & valid passport copy

2ND PAYMENT: $1,300 due by Monday, July 18

3RD PAYMENT: $1,300 due by Monday, August 15

FINAL PAYMENT: $950 due by Monday, September 12

INCLUDED IN COST: Airfare, lodging, transportation, and food. International emergency/medical insurance. Donation to in-country workers. Global Team swag gear. COVID-19 testing in-country for return to U.S.

NOT INCLUDED IN COST: Passport fees & visa fee (approx. $50), security training (approx. $28) and health requirements; Proof of a two dose COVID vaccine is required for entry into the country; must be at least 14 days prior to travel. COVID-19 PCR testing (approx. $203) prior to departure. Any expenses not covered by international medical insurance.

PASSPORT INFO: A copy of your valid passport is due no later than Monday, June 27. Passports must not expire within 8 months of return date and must include 3 blank visa pages, not amendment pages. For more information go to travel.state.gov.

HEALTH INFO / MANDATORY VACCINATIONS: Proof of a two dose COVID vaccine is required for entry into the country; 2nd dose must be completed at least 14 days prior to travel. Negative PCR COVID test result is also required for entry into the country. Consult your personal physician for recommendations. Visit a travel clinic or check out cdc.gov. It will be up to each team member to adhere to the requirements and provide the proper documentation while traveling. Cost of any medical requirements are not included in the trip cost. Global Team staff will try to provide estimated costs when possible.

INSURANCE: Your trip cost covers the expense of purchasing international travel insurance. It is unlikely that insurance would not cover something in a situation. Coverage includes giving each person up to $2,000 coverage for a travel delay, which includes COVID situations in the country. REFUNDS: If you are unable to travel due to a positive COVID test or another medically related reason, we will do our very best to refund or credit you as much of the trip cost as possible. Please note that any expenses that have been pre-paid, pre-spent, or are non-recoverable to us will not be able to be refunded or credited back to you.

GLOBAL TEAMS are designed to help meet the physical and spiritual needs of a specific community. We believe that the command of Christ to go into all the world has not changed but we are certainly aware of and respect the many challenges that exist locally and globally. We will absolutely do our best to take all the necessary precautions and work with our missionary hosts to adjust to the local guidelines but where there are needs and requests from our missionary partners and hosts, we want to provide an opportunity for those who are willing and able to go and help meet the needs.
