REGISTRATION CLOSED: This team will have the opportunity to participate in: feeding programs with Children's Cup, minister to and encourage the volunteers; attend home visits, assist with host Bible clubs and sports camps, light construction, and so much more!

TRIP DATES: December 12-17 (Tentative until airfare is purchased)

REGISTRATION: Opens at 12 noon on Monday, July 11 and closes Monday, August 29. First come, first served. To reserve your spot, please submit the online application, deposit and a copy of your valid passport

TRIP COST: $1,725 (ESTIMATED COST UNTIL AIRFARE IS PURCHASED)

DEPOSIT: $200, due no later than August 29 , with online application & valid passport copy

2ND PAYMENT: $525 due by September 26

3RD PAYMENT: $500 due by October 24

FINAL PAYMENT: $500 due by November 21

INCLUDED IN COST: Airfare, accommodations, transportation, and food. International emergency/medical insurance, Global Team swag gear.

NOT INCLUDED IN COST: Passport fees, and health requirements; including immunization costs and COVID-19 testing prior to departure for non-vaccinated team members, if required. Any expenses not covered by international medical insurance.

PASSPORT INFO: A copy of your valid passport is due no later than Monday, August 29. Passports must not expire within 7 months of return date and must include 3 blank visa pages, not amendment pages. For more information go to travel.state.gov.

COVID-19 TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: As of now, proof of full COVID-19 vaccination OR a negative COVID-19 viral test taken within 72 hours of arrival in Honduras is required for entry into Honduras. Proof of a negative COVID-19 viral test taken 1 day before departure is required for entry back into the U.S. Team members are responsible for the cost and attainment of any testing requirements prior to departure. Testing in-country prior to return home is covered in your trip cost and logistics will be handled by Global Team staff. Masks are required in public spaces; we expect team members to respect all guidelines and requirements while on a Global Team. Global Team staff will keep you informed of all travel and health requirements for this team.

HEALTH INFO: Currently no immunizations required by the U.S. State Department. Consult your personal physician for recommendations. Visit a travel clinic or check out cdc.gov.

INSURANCE: Your trip cost covers the expense of purchasing international travel insurance. It is unlikely that insurance would not cover something in a situation. Coverage includes giving each person up to $2,000 coverage if a travel delay, which includes COVID situations in the country. REFUNDS: If you are unable to travel due to a positive COVID test or another medically related reason, we will do our very best to refund or credit you as much of the trip cost as possible. Please note that any expenses that have been pre-paid, pre-spent, or are non-recoverable to us will not be able to be refunded or credited back to you.

GLOBAL TEAMS are designed to help meet the physical and spiritual needs of a specific community. We believe that the command of Christ to go into all the world has not changed but we are certainly aware of and respect the many challenges that exist locally and globally. We will absolutely do our best to take all the necessary precautions and work with our missionary hosts to adjust to the local guidelines but where there are needs and requests from our missionary partners and hosts, we want to provide an opportunity for those who are willing and able to go and help meet the needs.
